Just read your next blog as well and i suppose we're yet to get to that hurdle.
I asked Adam the question if the pitch was critical on the back roof and he replied to us that only the main roof needed to be 25`.
We're still waiting on more compaction reports (an extra $275).
Where abouts are you building?

Haven't been checking the comments on the blog until now. My bad.
I see where you're about to build on Duke st. I guess its at the other end to us. Were in Ambrose Crt (backs onto O'Shea Rd), the last block to be built on in the street.
You might want to check with Adam again as he didn't mention anything about the pitch but Betty (contract signing appointment) said the wording in the covernant should have read just the front of the house but it doesn't say "front" anywhere. Nothing to worry about though.
